We are delighted to once again host workshops with Annie,
who comes down from Queensland to spend time at
Bustle & Bows.
Using a sumptuous range of threads and her
remarkable knowledge of embroidery stitches and techniques,
Annie creates the most beautiful embroideries.
Although very modest about her work, Annies needleweaving
and stumpwork are fautless. She demonstrates an endless array of talents,
which include feltwork, crazy patch, ribbon work and beading.
She has some delightful new projects to offer students this year which include her embellished felt necklaces and her amazing Snow Santa.
In addition to these workshops, Annie is offering a casual sit and stitch class for students who would like to increase their knowledge of embroidery stitches and perfect a particular technique or simply complete an unfunished project.
Annie has a very gentle nature and makes students feel at ease.
It is always a delight to have her teach at Bustle & Bows.
