There are several options available to customers when purchasing from the Bustle & Bows website.

Orders can be placed using our secure online facility, phone or by email

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Direct Debit, Bank transfer and Australian cheques and money orders in Australian dollars will also be accepted.

We understand that once you have placed your order, you will be anxious for delivery. Your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible after payment is received. Credit card payments generally take 2 to 3 days to be processed by the bank and cheques may take a little longer.

At Bustle & Bows we make every effort to ensure that your parcel arrives promptly and in good condition, according to the delivery instructions you choose. However, we cannot be responsible for unforeseen problems with carriers, or if an item is temporarily out of stock. We will do our best to contact you, and help resolve the situation as soon as it comes to our attention, in order to provide you with the high quality of customer service you have come to expect from us.

  • Deliveries within Australia will incur a 10% GST.

Ordering online is simple and secure with Bustle & Bows.

Using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) you can be assured that your credit card numbers, address details and personal information will be protected.

When you finalize your purchase you will notice that you are transferred to a secure server.

Please be assured that any information collected will be treated with the strictest confidences and will not be provided or sold to any other agencies.

Postal/ Delivery Charges
Postal charges are calculated using Australia Post Distance Charges for both Domestic and International deliveries.

We are happy to accept orders of any size and therefore do not have minimum or maximum charges for delivery/postage, All orders will be treated on an individual basis and standard Australia Post charges will be applied according to weight, size and destination. Due to limitations in the availability of on-line Australia Post calculators, the amounts quoted at the time of ordering are approximate and indicate the maximum charges that may apply. Please note that you will only be charged actual postage rates quoted and applied by Australia Post, plus a $1 handling fee. If the actual postage is less than that quoted on the order form, the lower amount will be charged and stated on your docket. If you would like to receive confirmation of postal/delivery charges before your order is processed, please specify this in the general comments box on the order form. We will email you prior to processing your order and will not proceed without your return confirmation of the applicable charges.

Delivery within Australia
All orders are sent by regular letter or parcel post by Australia Post.

If you require your parcel to be sent Express Post please indicate this by choosing this option when ordering.

Registered Post and/or insurance, are also available upon request. If you wish to use these options, please indicate this in the comments section of the order form.

Higher charges apply for the above services.

Express Post
As a guide, fees for Express Post are approximately double those of regular parcel post. Express Post will deliver your pre-paid envelope or satchel.

Registered Post and Insurance
You may wish to consider the additional security of registered Post or Insurance for orders over $100. Please note that all care is taken in packaging your order securely, however, we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage during delivery.

Registered Post requires that you sign for your parcel and allows for Australia Post to track lost parcels. The fee includes insurance cover up to the value of $100. The cost for this service is an additional $2.35 per article.

Additional Insurance cover may be purchased. Parcels must be registered to be insured. Cost is $2.35 for registered post and $1.10 per $100 or part thereof, in excess of $100.

International Delivery
All International orders are sent by Air Mail unless stated otherwise. Air Mail is the quickest delivery service.

Economy Air Mail and Sea Mail offer additional savings for parcels up to 20kg to specified destinations, however, this can delay your parcel from several weeks for Economy Air to several months for Sea Mail.

If you would like a quotation for Sea Mail please specify in the comments section of your order and we will reply by email before processing your order.

Your local customs service may require you to pay duties, fees and/or taxes upon arrival of your order. Purchaser is responsible for any applicable fees.
